This achievement is easy as long as you remember to change the batteries on your camera.
With most of the psycho scoops there is a camera shop near by!
Only Psycho's that have a scoop are going to count toward's this achievement, so Isabela, Carlos and the convict's in the Jeep DO NOT COUNT!
If you are following the cases you will have this by Cliff the Vietnam vet.
Forget Kent, he is too much hastle to bother with!
You can take the photo's of them when they are alive but it is easier to kill them and then take the photo! |

To get this achievement you must Photograph 4 Psychos.
you should photo the following four since they are reletively early in the game.
Attack kent and photo him. (1)
Adam the Clown(2)
Jo the cop (3)
and finally Cliff the Vietnam vet(4)
Cliff and Jo can be interchangeable. |
