the easiest way i found to do this is go to the park area and go to one of the mall enterances run up to the crowd of zombies and press "A" while you click the left stick, it may take a few tries so it helps to have some food handy (go with OJ or Wine as they fill up your health meeter)once your on top of the zombies just walk back and forth a few times and it will unlock
