The fastest way to get this is by boosting it with a friend. I would never recommend doing this one on your own. OK, so you and your boost buddy take turns as a spy and merc. The merc kills himself for 10 spy wins and the merc kills the spy for 10 merc wins. On some of these levels the spy can actually fall from a high distance and kill himself this way, thus making it go faster. Happy boosting!
