IMPORTANT NOTE: EA is shutting down the MP servers on August 11, 2011. MP achievements will no longer be available after that date.

Unless you want to get the MP achievements legitimately by seeking out the last few remaining gamers who still play this game online, I suggest boosting it. This can be done with as few as 2 people on the map "Dammage" in Conquest mode by using the clan boosting method where each person creates their own clan and then challenges each other to a game.
Note: Before the game can officially begin each person will need to press Pause and then Clan Ready.
Have the person getting the major victories spawn in right away. The other person can either spawn and get killed by the winner, or just not spawn in at all. However, if you don't enter the game at all you won't be accredited with having participated in the match.
So, have the person winning jump in a vehicle, drive over to their flag, and capture it. Do this twice to win the game as well as nab a major victory. Repeat X19. Do it another 30 times after that to get the following achievement:
