The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to use some tape (I used an elastic band), to secure your whammy bar in a downward position - (it doesn't need to be fully down, so long as it's not in the normal position).
From there, go to career, and then choose Number of the Beast (Final tier). You can select any difficulty, but why make it hard for yourself? |

| I just held down whammy for the whole song, but in order to get the achievement, I had to empty my cache (this ach is somewhat glitched). |

Just use a rubber band to secure the wammy bar down and play on any diffculty
and you cannont miss any of the held notes or the achivement wont unlock and do it on easy |

This can be unlocked on any difficulty, in online or offline, via career, quickplay or multiplayer.
Firstly you need to unlock the song for play you can either progress through the Career or follow the method in the following solution: Burnin' a Hole in Your Pocket in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
You do not have to actually whammy the notes you can just hold down the bar (Or thumb stick with controller) so that the whammy is constantly on.
The held notes are the notes that have the trails behind them, some of the held notes in the song are short so its best you aim to hit every note, obviously easy is the easiest to achieve this on but you can do it on any difficulty.
You must hit and whammy every held note in the song.
Note: I personally found this easier to setup with a controller as i could use a small piece of bluetac or an elastic band to hold down one of the thumb sticks, but the same can be applied to the guitar controller

| Just wrap one of those big rubber bands (from a stalk of broccoli or celery from the supermarket) around the guitar (the whammy bar being underneath of course). |

Select Number of the Beast on easy difficulty,
play throughout the song, being careful not to miss any held notes, while all the while your girlfriend jiggles your joystick (left one)
BAM!
