When the game starts up, go to the single player menu and select training, once you have done this a mission will start up.
The mission consists of lots of skippable text, presented to you by Raven, moving soldiers to some yellow circle, destroying one enemy light infantry, one enemy scout, and last but not least, capturing a capitol in the northeastern most part of the map.
