Easy-just play(and win) 40 games in single player/multiplayer that you like or feel comfortable. I personally used Single player-House Rules-Elimination.
TIP:: if you want to boost your ranks in single player leaderboard you can Exit the Elimination game if you end with no playable cards and restart. Single player quits don't count against you =0) neat!

Easy as pie, Just go to single player, go to the game rules, change it so that the scoring is off and the game type is Partner Uno.
I picked partner because if your partner wins, it counts as you getting the win too. Hope this helps. :)

For this achievement you need to win 40 games of Uno. Singleplayer and multiplayer wins count for this achievement. The quickest way is to do singleplayer with houserules and no scoring. So everytime you win a round you will get a win. If you have bad cards or the round is not going so well just leave and start a new game, becuase it has no penalty´s.

You can also get this achievement by just playing the game in a regular way, but it will take much longer.

Invite 3 friends to a player match, partner Uno with scoring and force play turned off. The teammate with the best hand on the team who's going to win plays while everyone else draws and skips their turn unless he/she needs help which won't be a problem because everyone will have a ton of cards. You should finish a game every 30-45 seconds this way.

Do not bother with this one till you have the win 10x 4 player online games, or get 30 offline wins as described below then go online.

Single Player
House Rules:
Elimination
No Scoring

Accumulate cards and try to have other players get eliminated. Always play your number cards before draw and skip cards. Always challenge draw 4. Do not call Uno unless you are confident you can drop the last card.

This is a somewhat easy acheivement, t may possibly be a time consuming one. What I did was play a single player game against computers with the game mode "House Rules".
Heres what I had on to win as fast I you possibly can.
Game Mode: Elimination UNO
Theme Deck: Any (I used PGR3 Deck but that costs money)
Scoring Type: No Scoring
Penalties: Standard
Bluffing: Free Play
Call UNO: On
Command Cards(Special theme decks only): On
I hope this guide helps you, and remember, this may take a while on account of that you may have a bad hand and be eleminated for that game.

Don't go for this until you only have the "draw 40..." achievement and your online wins.

You have two ways to do this either online or multiplayer:

Multiplayer wins method
On the custom match screen set private slots to 3 then when you have set up your custom match with the custom rules below take it in turns to win ten games and you will win the achievement

Rules for setting up the game

Type: Partner Uno
Scoring: Off
Penalties: Standard
Call:Uno
Drawing: Draw one only
Forced Play:Off
Bluffing:Free play

Regarding getting this I suggest either elimnation or partner. With parnter Uno you have 50% chance of winning but games can take longer or you can attept to get quick wins with elimnation UNO.One tip with elimination is that if have wild cards SAVE THEM till last they can save you from losing!

Posted this originally on 360Achievements but thought it might help here too.

I more or less put together PHUTURE909, Slarow and MrSqueezCheez's methods on my own with one minor difference to speed up Elimination.

Download the free 35th Anniversary Deck:

http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/UNO-35th-Anniversa...

Play it with House Rules, on Elimination mode and disable scoring (one hand wins). The rest of the options are up to you, I would recommending having Call Uno be on with standard penalties and free play bluffing.

If you get the 35 card, it's a guaranteed insta-kill for at least one of the 3 AI players. The best part about this mode is if you get eliminated, you don't technically lose till you press B to lose.. so you can easily press Start and Quit to Main Menu without recording a loss in your player stats. The only way you can lose is either A) pressing B when eliminated or B) a computer getting rid of all their cards (so if you want a perfect record, quit when they reach Uno and you're lacking a 35 card).

Also, the festive music for this deck isn't half bad, beats the default game's elevator music. Hope this helps.

I got this fairly quickly by setting up a single player game set to elimination mode with no scoreing. The idea is basically to have as many cards as you can get. Always challenge draw 4 cards as the computer rarely bluffs, this will give you more cards and less chance of being eliminated. Also, only play draw 4, skip, or draw 2 cards if you absolutely have to. This will help ensure the computer players have fewer cards and a greater likelihood of elimination. If your looking to boost your single player stats on the leaderboard this is also a good method as the games are quick and quitting out does not count as a loss in singleplayer.
Extra note: avoid playing reverse cards when down to 2 players unless you have to.
