The cars you need:

2002 Koenigsegg CC8S (250,000 credits)
2002 Saab 9-3 Aero (9,500 credits)
2004 Volvo S60 R (25,500 credits)
2004 Volvo #24 At-Speed S60 R (275,000 credits)

So overall, it'll cost you 560,000 credits. However, the 2004 Volvo #24 At-Speed S60 R can be earnt by winning the 450HP Invitational in Semi-Pro, dropping the overall cost down to just 285,000.
