There is no need to unlock Vader (although you need him for the 100%) You can do this Achievement in Episode 4 - Death Star Espace. At the End of the Level Vader fights with Ben Kenobi behind a Bounty Hunter door.

In Free Mode just open the door with a Bounty Hunter, change to Obi Wan and do the Jedi Super Slam on Vader. As soon as he's shatterd the Achievement will unlock.
