Making a Build-it refers to assembling something from a quivering pile of LEGO pieces. The Achievement unlocks after doing so 100 times throughout the course of the game. If you are building everything you can on a straight course through Story Mode, you should unlock this somewhere in Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. It unlocked for me during Chapter Four: Dagobah.
