This battle is fairly simple. First you need to attack the Executioner as much as possible. Then Enchantress will start regenerating him, at this point you attack Enchantress. Once she has broken back off, go back to fighting Executioner. Repeat the process until Executioner is defeated. Then concentrate on Enchantress until she is defeated.

You encounter Executioner and Enchantress in the main storyline and I'm pretty sure you have to beat them to continue, just punch alot.
