You have to be careful with this achievement. For the answers to count as correct, it must be the first time you're given the question. If you don't receive experience from it, then it doesn't count.
Best way to do this is to start a fresh playthrough (you can go for the complete the game on hard achievement) and use a guide for any that you're unsure of. Here's a link to a guide with all the answers:

Wanted to add the location of all the Trivia Machines: (Check out the "20 Straight" achievement for the answers.)
Act 1 & 5 : When it 1st opens up you are on the shield, go up the stairs on the side to near Vision, he is standing in front of it.
Act 2 : When you start its to your back left (if you start facing Nick Fury) but its on the way to Professor X
Act 3 : When you start to your left are a row of Machines and it the last one in line
Act 4 : Its in the Middle |
