The two best places to get enemies to throw off ledges are in Mephistos puzzle area as they keep coming until you finish the objective off.

And the second is load up Sepulcher and walk to the back over the bridge and there is an an awful lot of enemies you can just throw off, you could probably get all 50 in like one turn on that level.
