You must complete levels 1-24 plus the 10 challenge missions, then go up the ladder above the doors (leading to the different levels on the map) and enter and complete the CLYDE KONG level.Simple to do as you have Mutant clyde,which is all of the adaptaions of clyde rolled into one. Once completed the achievement unlocks.Hope this helps
