"Welcome to the Metro City Library I hope you have membership card in hand and don't forget to return books on time or you will incur a late fee. We just got a new shipment of books like Twlight,Harry Potter and of course a new popular book entitled "Killing SKX"..........."-metro City Librarian
Ethan Thomas has to go the local library to find information about SKX's next target "Carl Anderson aka The Torturer"
Rosa also gives Ethan a private file about his records in FBI/SCU it seems like Ethan has some type of ability. Rosa also gives Ethan upgraded version of a taser. This taser can kill weaker enemies with one hit.
But not too long after that do they find out that this Library is crawling with hobos and skin children and lurking in the shadows is SKX and the evil shadow monster from Ethan's nightmare.
This level is long so be careful when fighting. Block often and use a good weapon like the paper cutter.
Rosa gets kidnapped by SKX and you have to track her down in this library. When you find her she opens up Carl Anderson's file.But she also gave the same information to SKX when she was kidnapped by him earlier. It looks like you both have to go to school and track down Carl Anderson
And then you have to enter the basement of the library its cold,wet and creepy. This place is full of skin children they are weak but with gang up in bunches so try not to get surrounded by them.
You have to meet Rosa on the other side of the basement once you do the level is over.
