Toya is a pretty tough boss if you havent been to the casino. The best way to fight this fight is to equip all your charecters with wide range and use ONLY long range attacks ONLY from the back row. This way his counterattack,gaybolg becomes practically useless. Atsuma will probably be your number one damage dealer. Make sure to use high charge on atsuma the first turn and then spam mega-flare wave. If your having trouble dont forget about your EX attacks. Atsuma's Stun bead flare can easily knock off a a quarter of Toya's health, just make sure that after the battle you raise your EX gauge to maximum for the Ice Queen
