This if far from being a difficult fight.
When you'll approach Yokohama's harbour (after you've blasted the ice with the cannon), an Aqua Jelly will attack you from nowhere.

As shown by its name, the Aqua Jelly is a water-based monster, so Atsuma will be your major damage-dealer but also your weakest character against Aqua Jelly's attacks.

So keep attacking with fire-based attack, protect Atsuma with Raigar (put Atsuma behind Raigar to reduce damages) and heal with Karin. This boss has 1520 HP and 151 EP.
