This is Spider-Man's 2nd ability to unlock. It is also the easiest to Upgrade fully.

Just upgrade this all the way at the Upgrade Lab and your Achievement will pop up when the game saves.

Using the cheat (UP,UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT in the Helicarrier) will get you a one time 5000 point bonus, which'll make upgrading easier and does NOT disable Achievements.
