I found that the best way to do this was to be Human Torch.
You have to use his fireball's to bring down the shield on the shiny ball in the middle of the room.
Once you bring the shield down, you start attack the Skrull, by Human Torch fireball, then once you have lost power change to the Thing and use his Powerslam.
The Skrull will dissappear and you will have to kill off all remaining enemies.
When he reappears do the same again. You will have to do this 3/4 times.
