You cannot miss this achievement if you play through the story mode. The games are all fairly easy to beat they just take some coordination or ability to rapidly press a button.
There are 15 stages of games. You must complete 3 of the 4 games before the final game of the stage which is either a shooter or a race.
The achievement will pop as soon as you complete the last stage then there will be a cut scene of you escaping out the window in your cell.
