This is an unmissable story mode achievement. You'll get it at the bottom of the hotel in the first level, after you escape from the skyscraper you were working on when the Nazis attacked.

Simply put this achievement will be gained through natural story progression. You will be hastily introduced to the game in a simple cutscene that places you on top of a building. Make your way down, using the paths that the game pretty much forces you into. You'll have to fight an enemy or two, but they pose little threat. Upon reaching the bottom of the building the achievement will pop, probably your second one of the game.
