Stand behind Lisa, between the wooden pillar and the chair to get a photo of her laptop screen and her back to trigger the memory (if you get too close to her she'll shut her laptop but just walk away and she'll re-open it). You'll then need to examine the folder and letter on the desk in front of her and the recorder which is to the left of the guard, on a table by the window. Talk to lisa to exit the flashback.
