The only way to unlock this achievement is to play a game with another player who has the achievement.

Taking into account that the game is all but dead online your best bet is to find someone willing to play a quick game online with you, you could also try setting up a gaming session here; http://bit.ly/hPHCJw, someone with the achievement might join your session, you could also look at the recent winners list and ask if one of them would be willing to pass the achievement on.
