In the Thrillville Stunts park, you can find six propaganda boards - these appear as signs on posts exactly like the icon for this Achievement. They are easy to spot, since they are surrounded by glittering stars like most other pickups.
Look for them through all three areas of the park - Throttleville, Battleville, and Saddleville. Check around the outside edges of the ride areas, and check on the roller coaster ramps. They shouldn't be hard to find and won't take long to track down.
Once the sixth board is collected (your progress is shown each time you pick one up), the Achievement will unlock. There are also cash pickups in the area, so if you think you've picked up six boards already, chances are you mistook a cash pickup for a propaganda board. |
