As the fielder, run towards the area where a pop-up will land and hit RT before the ball hits the ground and your fielder will dive/slide to catch the ball. This may take a few attempts as your timing must be correct also although it is not difficult.

Make a diving or jumping catch in the outfield. You can do this by purposely letting the ball get to a point where you have to dive or jump or wait for a play where you do it naturally. Either way it's a simple 5g
