I think that the Second map called Garage is easier, at least
it takes less time and effort to complete than the first map.
I got killed every time when i tried to jump between the trains
on the first map so i tried the map Garage and i got it on the
first try.
Basic tips:
Just use the shotgun nothing else (against foot mobiles/grunt).
Use machine/Gatling gun against EPA and Helicopter.
Search for Health packs and Armor as much as possible.
Use slo-mo allot and be aggressive when possible, for example
melee of slide-kick when in danger or close to enemy.
if your not to good at f.e.a.r just put it on Low Difficulty on low
i completed this map with still 6 health packs left, while I'm
almost certain that i even missed a couple of them. I will
type my stats of this round underneath this solution so
you'll have a guideline for your play-trough.
Gameplay:
At a certain point when you cleared the top-deck of the
Garage you will enter the lower floor of the Garage.
PAY ATTENTION HERE!:
run down and stay going to the right until you'll enter a small room with a turret/machine/Gatling gun like weapon take this
one and destroy keep spraying on the power armor while
using slo-mo and dogging his rockets.
After this another smaller heavy armor dude will appear
(the one with red eyes and shoulder shields). DO NOT!
waste your Machine gun ammo here! you will need it later for
the helicopter!. Just empty a shitload of shotgun shells on
him and a couple of frags if you can (i did it using only the
shotgun).
The next stage outside looks allot like the first stage only this
time there is a helicopter with a machine gunner on it. Just
keep running around and dodge the heli while killing the other
foot mobiles first. When they are done then just empty your
Machine gun on the Heli. And the achievement will unlock.
My stats (for guidelines so you know what your up-to):
