If you don't manage to get this through regular play, set the offsides slider all the way to the left (zero). Before the snap, move one of your defenders across the line of scrimmage and position him next to the opposing quarterback. As soon as the ball is snapped, tackle the QB for the sack. Rinse and repeat.

Do not touch any offensive player, including the QB, before the snap or you will be called on the offside.

The Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
