To get this (without doing it legitly) you just have to start a new dynasty and select the top 12 teams (that's the maximum number you can choose). Now sim through the seasons until you get this achievement. If it takes a while, you might as well use this dynasty to get the 60 year achievement.

I got mine the first season :)
