Use OSU versus San Jose State. You can use the depth charts or edit roster (I don't remember which) to set OSU's wide reciever's stats all the way up, and turn San Jose State's defense stats (specifically Speed and Agility) all the way down. You can change the game AI as well. I've found a zigzag pattern to be the most effective, but running in straight lines can also work occasionally also. Good luck.
