Easiest way to do this is to create a running back with all maximum stats for your team of choice. After that chose San Diego State since they have a pretty bad team and hand the ball to your running back using an inside or outside handoff. With an inside handoff since your created player has max stats there is a chance he will run up the middle and the opposing team will not be able to tackle him will will make it a huge run. With an outside handoff since your created player is faster than any other player on the field run to the edge of the field and just sprint all the way to the endzone, might have to dodge 1 or 2 tackles.
