Actually, it is possible to have 10x multiplier after you get to 700,000 without dying.. Or if you get lucky with the enemies spawn, you can get it even before that.
The multiplier depends on how much enemies you kill, i believe you need to kill 2000 to go from 9x to 10x.
So, the Little Purple/Blue Enemies or the Pink Square Enemies will definitely help.
Also, try to go around in circles clockwise and shoot in front of you to make a path through enemies, then, as soon as they stop spawning shoot the enemies chasing you until the enemies start spawning again... (usually, as soon as the Little Purple/Blue Enemies, I use a bomb so i am in a "one on one" situation with them, cause in order to do 10x, this spawn is really important). |
