With the dead online play it is very easy to boost this with a friend (together with the achievement: World of Friends (win a player match)).
Both players go to Multiplayer from the main menu and select Ranked Match.
One player selects: Create match, set the half times to 3 minutes
As soon as the match is created, the other player starts searching.
Since there are no online players, you'll very likely end up in the same match.
From this point on, it is very easy: the player NOT getting the achievements, will just make 5 (or more) own goals with the keeper.
After the match ends, the other player will get both achievements.
Then just switch roles.
