Cannot be done in a friendly match. Must play a cup/tourny. Easily done with a 2nd controller local multiplayer. Set options beforehand to no extra time, penalty shoot out. I used Barcelona vs. B36 (Faroe Islands). Let the time run out, then win the penalty shoot out. Pick a corner and shoot (or pass) the ball into the net. Should be easy - I got mine first try.
