So, this achievement is very hit or miss. You cannot boost for this in the traditional sense as the tables do not allow you to invite. Sometimes you can go All In off the start and everyone or mostly everyone will call you, and if you win, then it's done fairly quickly.

If you can get a bunch of people together and simultaneously enter the tournament at the same time, (hopefully they will end up in the same room) then it makes things a fair amount easier, as the players who are helping you can help to knock out the other players at the table. Then when it's just your friends, get them to simply leave the table. Make sure you prefer the players for an increased chance of finding them.

This may take several tries or only one, like I said it's very hit and miss as to the difficulty of winning the tournament.

Did this last night and the quit out method didn't work for us, as it still classed the last remaining player as coming 8th. But we did stumble upon a easy way of getting it. Given how long this game has been out it should be easy to get everyone on one table, hardly anyone plays it now-a-days. Just have one player set up a game and everyone else search for it. Must be a competitive tournament.

On the first time have everyone go all-in. Only one should hopefully win and get the achievement.

On the second time, once the hand has started have the player WITH the achievement leave the table. Then everyone else go all-in. Another one should hopefully win and get it.

Repeat, with all the players with the achievement leaving, just leaving the people who still need it to go all-in.

You'll be left eventually with one player without. On the last time have everyone but the player that needs the achievement and one other leave. Then have one of you bet like 496 and the other call. On the flop, the player WITH the achievement folds, giving the one without a massive chip lead. Then simply keep going all-in until you win and get the achievement.
