You should have this toward the end of Normal mode (I had around 135,000 points on the last level).
The main thing to keep in mind is "dodge". The less you die, the easier it'll be to make it far enough into the game to get these points.
By killing everything and staying alive, you should have no problem getting this by the end of Normal mode. |

In this playthrough you can earn these achievements:
Ace: Score 185,000 Points in one game: 20G
Veteran: Score 100,000 Points in one game: 10G
Rookie: Score 30,000 Points in one game: 5G
Legend: Complete the game on insane: 50G
Immortal: Complete a level without dying or losing any allies: 15G
Untouchable: Complete a level without taking any damage: 15G
Halfway Point: Reach Mission 3 on any difficulty and finish it:5G.
