This achievement can only be done with two or more players.
If you're by yourself, simply sign in a second controller and create a formation (by pressing X) at the very beginning of the level. Then play as you would normally, and don't die throughout the entire level.
Probably easiest to do this on the first level. |

This achievement can be obtained quite easily in the first level either with your self, but is alot easier to have atleast 3 other players with you so they can have the sheild and will protect all of you when connected together. The whole level stay connected as this will give your firing power a higher boost and power ups such as the rockets will shoot 3 instead of the 1 rocket.

In this playthrough you can earn these achievements:
Ace: Score 185,000 Points in one game: 20G
Veteran: Score 100,000 Points in one game: 10G
Rookie: Score 30,000 Points in one game: 5G
Legend: Complete the game on insane: 50G
Immortal: Complete a level without dying or losing any allies: 15G
Untouchable: Complete a level without taking any damage: 15G
Halfway Point: Reach Mission 3 on any difficulty and finish it:5G.
