If you can't win races online. Turn that off and then just race the computer cars that you see. Also just try and find a car that is a lot slower than yours. once you race them and win you can race them again, so just keep pressing revenge and win 10 races.

Easy.
Go to Options - Game settings:
Stake: 10000;
Get a friend, propose a challenge, win 1 time and get an achievement, then revenge and other person win this time and you both get achievement.
