as mentioned in the other solutions, the tricky point with this one is buying either of the two yachts.
houses are worth the garage space they provide.
so buying and keeping either one of the yachts is a major waste of ingame money and if you dont have unlimited funds (i.e. casino or that hawaii 1 cup race glitch), you will want to not buy it.
do it like this:
once youre done with the SP races (championships and cups), you should be at around 9-10 million, depending on your previous expenses.
you'll need about 7m to buy the cheapest of each house (yacht in ibiza costs 5m, 4* house costs about 1.2m, 3* is roughly 500k, 2* half of that, 1* again half of that. 0* is free).
now, if you have an USB stick ready, just copy your savegame to it, load from there, buy the necessary houses (usually 4 and 5 stars), cash in on the achievement and then exit and load the other savegame, going on from there as usual.
