Simply complete the 100 events (20 in each area of Ibiza and 15 in each area of Hawaii) that are marked on your map by a bomb emblem with a timer. If you miss the event and the timer runs out don't worry, the event will reappear on the game map after an undetermined amount of in-game time.

I found the best vehicle to use was the [B3] Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris as it can do on and offroad speeds in excess of 170mph making it plenty fast enough for every event except one.

Note: For the event "Watch for those speed traps" in Hawaii Area 4 you will need a vehicle that can reach 150mph during the countdown timer. This was the only event I couldn't do in the Spyker as I just couldn't get it to 150mph during the countdown timer.
