This was a difficult achievement to get. Here are some pointers:

1. Didi Mau put together a "Mission Cliff Notes" on xbox360achievements.org which was really helpful by breaking down each mission. He also linked the the Vesper Arcade Youtube videos which give visual clues for spacing and timing. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29...) He also ranks the characters as easiest to more difficult in completing all 10 missions. I agree with most of his list.

2. You may need to stay on a combo for a long time to complete it. Each character is a bit different in rhythm and pace. So it would be wise to stick it out with Sentinel for awhile before switching to a noticeably faster character like X-23.

3. The DLC does count towards this achievement, but I was able to do it without purchasing it, so it is definitely doable since I am not very good at this game, I get destroyed online quite a bit.

4. You need 320 missions out of 360 total missions (without the DLC). That means that you have 40 missions you don't need to complete. For example Amaterasu's weapon changes were really difficult for me, so I only finished about 6 or 7 of her missions, but I was able to finish all 10 missions for 10 characters, this gave me some breathing room for more difficult characters. I found it helpful to create an excel spreadsheet that gave me a running countdown of the number of missions I had left to complete.

5. Take breaks. There were plenty of times that I couldn't complete a combo and going back to it the next morning I did it first or second try. The longer I got into it, the more tense I found my fingers getting and the more difficult it was to complete.

6. Lastly, try switching the side you are doing the combo on. I had a difficult time doing some of the reverse shoryuken motions, so I switched the side I was beginning on the make them more natural and was able to easily complete some that gave me a hard time before. Although with Super Skrull there are a few missions where it tells you what side you must perform the combo on.
