1. Meriwether Malodor - Found in the Main Concourse wearing a white "suit" 3 size you can stack into
2. Hans Allendorf - Standing just outside the bathrooms in the Main Concourse
3. Luydmila Allendorf - Found in the hallway between the Main Concourse and the Trains
4. Ursula Allendorf - Found near the ticket counter in the Main Concourse
5. Guard Perry - Found right outside the Royal Lounge you can stack into him after finishing all 3 ways to "Empty the Lounge"
6. Clerk-of-the-Works Jasper - Found in the upper part of the Main Concourse to the right of the Royal Lounge
7. The Widow Chastity - Found in the upper part of the Main Concourse
8. Solicitor Barnabas - Found in the lower part of the Main Concourse
9. Ticketeer Frederick - Found outside the Royal Lounge after you "Empty the Lounge"
10. Conductor Orville - Found outside the Royal Lounge after you "Empty the Lounge"
11. Engineer Ulysses - Found outside the Royal Lounge after you "Empty the Lounge"
12. Strike Leader Chesley - Found right near the ticket counter in the main concourse after ending the strike
13. Lounge Host Demoreuille - Found in the Royal Lounge you can stack into him after finishing all 3 ways to "Empty the Lounge"
14. Drummer Percy - When in the main concourse and looking at the hallway that would take you to the trains there is a set of stairs on the right, if you follow these up then take two more sets of steps on the left up you will be on a balcony with him
15. Key Master Dawson - First Unique character story related can't miss, soon after you start the level, you will find him in the big hallway, with the locked gate
16. Judge Meantal - You can find him before you leave the first area, but you will have to stack into him after coming back from The Gilded Steamship, to continue on with the game
17. Engineer Switch - When in the main concourse and looking at the hallway that would take you to the trains there is a set of stairs on the left, if you follow these up then take two more sets of steps on the right up you will be in a room with him(Can't stack into him until you beat The Gilded Steamship)
18. Engineer Cross - When in the main concourse and looking at the hallway that would take you to the trains there is a set of stairs on the left, if you follow these up then take two more sets of steps on the right up you will be in a room with him
Note - The Allendorf family can be found in the Main Concourse on the top level in front of the Information Booth after you finish stacking them together
Note - Keymaster Dawson and Judge Meantal can be found in the room where Engineer Switch and Engineer Cross are initially found
