Just beat the CPU on the Rookie setting. You can adjust sliders and play as the all-star team against a bad team.

Please not that these achievements do not stack. You must play a Rookie, Starter, All-Star & Superstar match.

Cheap way around playing the CPU is to start the game against the CPU, press pause on your SECOND controller and select the opposing team. Score a bunch of points on your FIRST controller and when there is 20 seconds left in the game, press pause with your SECOND controller and choose neutral with it so its FIRST controller against CPU. This will unlock the achievement as it gets harder on All-Star and Superstar difficulty.
