Very simple to do, must be done in twist mode with a specific screen layout. I will try to describe by showing pattern on screen where you have 3 colours labeled R, G and B and then any other colour besides these three, labeled O. Set up the following layout with the bottom line being at the bottom of the screen
O O R R O O
O O G G O O
O O B B O O
R R B G R R
Now twist the 4 in the middle clockwise, see below:
G G---------> B G
B B ---------> B G
and the two vertical 3s will dissappear causing the 2 'R's to cascade down and make a 6.
Since you can move gems wherever you like, it is rather straightforward, just watch out for unwanted cascades!
