complete the game on any difficulty with Windia and choose to stay in Gilverado when prompted.

there are two things to be noted:

1) you do not have to complete the EX level Gorge to get this.
2) YOU MUST NOT SKIP THE ENDING ANIMATION AFTER YOU CHOOSE! wait until the animation finishes and it says THE END - the achievement will pop.
