You must score 100 000 000 points in Xbox360 or Arcade mode.
There is no easy way to get this achievement, but with some training it won't be too difficult.
First of all you need to understand how the scoring system works in Deathsmiles. You will find a great strategy guide here : http://www.cave-stg.com/forum/index.php?topic=281.0
You will also need to be able to 1cc the game. You don't need to activate death mode.
For an "easy" run, I suggest the folowing path:
B-1 lvl2
C-2 lvl3
C-1 lvl3
A-2 lvl3
A-1 lvl3
B-2 lvl2
You will have some life pickups, so you don't have to play all levels perfectly. And you will not activate suicide bullets.
In the volcano level the recharge trick is very helpfull. I upload a video to show the trick, I hope it helps.
When you are in power up mode, remember to let the items touch the floor to gain more points.
Still in power up mode, you will gain more items if the enemies are shot only by your familiar.
