Very easy achievement. All you have to have is a created or downloaded boxer that fits into the middleweight category and a friend.
You or your friend set up a Online Gym and the other join. Then the person that set up the gym just set up a leightweight league match and then get them to invite the other. Then fight it out and the achievement will pop up when the match finishes.
