When your opponent's health meter is in the red you have stunned them. A way to "Boost" this achievement is to select fight now, choose Mike Tyson for yourself and any lower rated middleweight. Once the match begins throw only jabs, if you are too close you will throw a hook instead so keep a little distance. Sometimes it's good to hit LB when he gets a little too close.
