Pretty self explanatory.
You can get this on chapter 2. Just avoid all obstacles, shoot the enemies and aim at the back of the train and the achievement is yours.
I got this on my first try on hard. |

I found this easier the second time you ride the road runner. Here's why. On the second level, you start off with a road runner and then have to complete the rest of the mission. I think as the achievement says once you get on the road runner you can't die anymore throughout the level. The second time you get him he will be on the end of the mission. I think this is mission 5. You can die before you get on him just from the time you get on him until the time you finish the level you can't die. Fight off the boss and you get the achievement.
