This can be done anywhere from the Prologue to Act 1 Chapter 1. What you will need to do is get 10 head shots before you connect to the first Dropkit, this is fairly easy to do if you take your time. Kick (E) or slide kick (Double Tap Space) your enemies to slow them, once they are in the air take your time to aim for the head. Do this 10 times and this achievement will unlock.
