You will encounter a mini boss in pretty much every wave in anarchy mode and soon after multiple bosses in a single wave. Their not exactly hard to kill, just go full throttle with your gun and achievement will unlock. Keep in mind though that there are different types of bosses and some are stronger than others, just watch your back and have your teammates help you if needed.
